Are all the items in your website available?
Yes, but there may be times when some items suddenly become out of stock due to offline transactions that were processed ahead of yours. Rest assure that only available items will be billed to you.
How do I reserve items? How long do you hold items in reservation?
Just add the items in your shopping cart and submit order. You may submit as many orders as you want and I’ll send you a bill for the consolidated amount.
Reservations last for 3 business days. This means that payments should be made within this period. If after 3 business days and no payment is received, your order/ reservation will be cancelled unless a text or email is sent to me.
What are the payment options available?
1. Paypal – You may use your Paypal funds or credit card for this option. I will send you an invoice that reflects your total amount due (with shipping fee and net of discount, if any) and my Paypal account.
2. BPI or Chinabank deposit – You will receive your billing in email or text, including my bank details.
3. GCash – Just like the above options, you may send your payment to my GCash wallet as soon as you receive my billing. My GCash number is 0917-5365233.
Can I choose the courier for shipping my order?
My shipping partner has been Xend for the longest time, so this is the default courier. However, you may also request shipping via a different courier. Additional or discounted shipping charges may apply.
How long do you process orders and what is the lead time for shipping?
It normally takes me 1-2 business days after payment clearance to prepare and pack your orders. Shipping takes an additional 1 business day for Metro Manila destinations, or 2-3 business days for outside Metro Manila. (updated December 21, 2017)
